This healthy and tasty khichdi is so easy to prepare and very tasty too.

Ingredients

Rice 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Quinoa 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Lentil 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Onion 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Carrot 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Cabbage 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Peas 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Eggplant 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Cauliflower 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Ghee 1 Tablespoon
Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
Jeera 1 Teaspoon
Haldi 1/4 Teaspoon
Coriander jeera powder 1 Teaspoon
Green chilli paste To Taste
Ginger garlic paste To Taste
Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
