Apple Tarte Tatin- French Caramel Apple Tart

Apples 500 Gram (a sweet, crisp kind is best)
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon (juice from about 1/2 lemon)
Ground cinnamon/Plus extra for dusting 1/2 Teaspoon (optional)
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Butter 4 Tablespoon (50 g, salted is fine, just omit the extra salt)
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Sugar 6 Tablespoon (75g)
Puff pastry 150 Gram (at least 9 inches length
Vanilla ice cream/Unsweetened whipped cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Icing sugar 2 Tablespoon (for dusting)
