These no flour peanut butter chocolate chip cookies are easy to make. They turn out sweet and crispy. Plus, they are gluten free!
|Peanut butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Milk chocolate chips||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1.Preheat oven to 350F.
2.Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
3.In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar and beat until creamy.
4.Add egg, baking soda, vanilla and beat until well combined.
5.Stir in chocolate chips and scoop tablespoonfuls on prepared cookie sheet.
6.Pop into oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
7.Transfer to a wire rack and allow to cool completely.
8.Serve and enjoy!
