Ingredients

Yellow onion 1/2
Garlic cloves 5
Whole cumin seeds 1/2 Teaspoon
Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
Mild curry powder 2 Teaspoon
Tomato 1 Large
Fresh cilantro 2 Tablespoon , chopped finely
Light coconut milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Water 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Soy curls 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Potato 1 Large
Sea salt To Taste

Directions

MAKING:

1. Heat a large deep skillet, over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, plus 3 tablespoons water sauté for 1 minute.

2. Add cumin seeds, garam masala and curry powder mix well, cooking 1 minute.

3. Stir in tomato, cilantro, coconut milk, water, soy curls, and potato.

4. Cover pan simmer over medium-low heat 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
