Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 8 Ounce (About 1 Cup)
  Low calorie salad dressing 2 Tablespoon
  Minced parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped chives 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Crushed mint leaves 2 Teaspoon
  Dill seed 2 Teaspoon
  Prepared horseradish 2 Teaspoon
  Tabasco 2 Drop
Directions

Put the cottage cheese and salad dressing into a bowl.
Add any one of the remaining ingredients.
Beat together until light and fluffy.
Accompany with crisp vegetables sticks or strips, cauliflowerets, and radish roses
