Easy Mexican Guacamole

  Ripe avocados 3
  Tomato 1 , peeled, seeded
  Red onion 1 Small, finely diced
  Chopped jalapeno 1 Tablespoon (Hot Pepper)
  Ground coriander 1 Dash
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon

Mince avocados and tomato.
Stir in all other ingredients.
You can use scooped out avocado shells for serving dishes if this is to be served at table.
For cocktail parties use a pretty bowl.
If made ahead of time, put avocado seeds in mixture to keep it green.
