Tofu Mint Dip

Ingredients
  Chopped fresh mint 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Tofu 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green chilies 4
  Ginger piece 2 Inch, chopped
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Lime 1 Large, juiced
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Blend all the ingredients in the blender until the mixture becomes a smooth paste.
Transfer to a glass jar and refrigerate till required.
