|Potatoes||4 Large, baked|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Bacon strip||4 , cooked and crumbled|
|Green onion||1 , chopped (If Desired)|
|Buttermilk/Blue cheese dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.
Scoop out most of potato.
Sprinkle cheese, bacon and green onion over skins.
Heat in 350Â°F.
Oven 4 to 5 minutes, until cheese is bubbly.
