Skinny Dips

Ingredients
  Potatoes 4 Large, baked
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bacon strip 4 , cooked and crumbled
  Green onion 1 , chopped (If Desired)
  Buttermilk/Blue cheese dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.
Scoop out most of potato.
Sprinkle cheese, bacon and green onion over skins.
Heat in 350°F.
Oven 4 to 5 minutes, until cheese is bubbly.
