Ingredients
  Sunflower seed 2 Cup (32 tbs), soaked
  Lemon 2 Medium, juiced
  Parsley 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped finely
  Red onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), crushed
  Hemp seed 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sesame seed 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne peper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a food processor, combine sunflower seed, lemon, parsley, red onion, garlic, hemp seed, sesame seed, cumin, paprika, salt and cayenne pepper. Blend until smooth.

SERVING
2. Serve with desired snack.
