Hot Crab Dip

I made this Hot Crab Dip last weekend when I had some unexpected guests-visit; believe me, it was dead simple and was a great hit too. In fact, the blend of cheese and crabmeat gives out a delightful combination, which is sure to make a bland meal go ravishing and unforgettable!
Cream cheese 24 Ounce, cut up and softened (3 Packages Of 8 Ounce Each)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Canned crabmeat 13 Ounce, drained, flaked and cartilage removed (2 Cans Of 6 1/2 Ounce Each)
Chopped green onions with tops 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Prepared horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon

Combine all ingredients in lightly greased crock pot.
Cover and cook on high setting until cheese begins to melt (about 30 minutes), stirring well occasionally.
Cover and continue to cook on high setting until mixture is smooth and cheese is melted.
Add more milk if needed for dipping consistency; then turn to low setting for 3 to 4 hours, lust before serving, remove cover.
