Caesar Dip

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 75 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)
  Lemon juice 25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Worcestershire sauce 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Anchovy fillets 2 , minced
  Hot pepper sauce 1 Dash
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Olive oil 50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Sour cream 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Freshly grated parmesan cheese 50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
Directions

In bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, pepper, anchovies, hot pepper sauce and garlic; gradually whisk in oil until blended.
Stir in sour cream and Parmesan cheese.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. (Dip can be covered and refrigerated for up to 1 day.)
