Caviar Cream Cheese Dip
|Cream cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Plain yoghurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Red caviar||90 Gram|
Place all ingredients except the caviar in the work bowl and process for 5-8 seconds.
Transfer to a bowl and mix in most of the caviar, keeping 1 tablespoon for garnish.
Transfer on to a serving dish, form into a mound and garnish by sprinkling the remainder of the caviar over the dip.
Refrigerate before serving.
