Hot Bacon-Bean Dip
|Canned red kidney beans||15 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Finely chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Instant minced onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Chili powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Place bacon between two paper towels on a paper plate.
Microwave 2 minutes to 2 minutes 30 seconds.
Crumble bacon and set aside.
Mash red kidney beans in a 1 1/2qt.glass casserole dish.
Stir in bacon and remaining ingredients except sour cream.
Cover and microwave 3 to 4 minutes [REHEAT 6, 6 to 8 minutes] stirring once during cooking.
Stir in sour cream and microwave 1 to 2 minutes [REHEAT 6, 2 to 3 minutes]
Stir and let stand 3 minutes.
