|Cream cheese||16 Ounce, softened|
|Canned chili||30 Ounce (2 Cans Of 15 Ounce Each, Without Beans)|
|Cheddar cheese||1 Pound, shredded|
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Press the cream cheese evenly in the bottom of a 12x14 baking dish.
Layer the chili over the cream cheese layer and sprinkle with the Cheddar cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with the olives and scallions just before serving.
Serve in the baking dish for layered dipping with tortilla chips.
