Savory Crab Dip
|Cream cheese||16 Ounce, softened|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic salt||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Backfin crab meat||1 Pound|
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, half the Cheddar cheese and garlic salt in a bowl and mix well.
Fold in the crab meat.
Spoon into a large baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining Cheddar cheese and paprika.
Keep warm in a chafing dish if possible.
Serve with mild crackers.
