Ingredients
  Cream cheese 1⁄4 Pound (About 100 Grams Or 2/3 Cup)
  Chopped chives 2 Tablespoon (About 30 Milliliter)
  Cream/Top of the milk 1 Tablespoon (About 15 Milliliter)
Directions

1 Blend the cream cheese and chives to a soft cream, adding the cream or top of the milk, if necessary.
2 Serve in a bowl, surrounded with French bread, chips or crackers.
