|Cream cheese||1⁄4 Pound (About 100 Grams Or 2/3 Cup)|
|Chopped chives||2 Tablespoon (About 30 Milliliter)|
|Cream/Top of the milk||1 Tablespoon (About 15 Milliliter)|
1 Blend the cream cheese and chives to a soft cream, adding the cream or top of the milk, if necessary.
2 Serve in a bowl, surrounded with French bread, chips or crackers.
