Hot Cheese Dip
|Cream cheese||16 Ounce, softened|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Green onions||1 Bunch (100 gm), trimmed and minced|
|Dried beef||4 Ounce, finely chopped (1 Package)|
Combine the cream cheese and sour cream in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
Add the green onions and dried beef and beat for 2 minutes or until well blended.
Chill, covered, for 3 to 10 hours to marry the flavors.
Place the beef mixture in an ovenproof baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until heated through.
Serve hot with crackers
