Creamy Caramel Dip
|Light cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened|
|Packed brown sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Light sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|1% milk||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Cold)|
|Reduced calorie instant vanilla pudding mix||1 Small (1 Small Package)|
Combine the cream cheese and brown sugar in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
Add the sour cream, vanilla, lemon juice, milk and pudding mix in the order listed, mixing at medium speed after each addition.
Chill, covered, for 1 hour.
Serve with apple wedges or other fruit
