Onion Dip Chicken
|Broiler fryer||2 , cut up|
|Onion soup mix||1 Ounce (1 Envelope)|
|Soft bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Remove skin from chicken, if you wish; cut away small bones from breast pieces.
Combine soup mix, bread crumbs, salt and pepper in a paper bag.
Shake chicken pieces, a few at a time, in mixture to coat well.
Place, not touching, in a single layer in a buttered large shallow baking pan.
Bake in moderate oven (350Â°) 1 hour, or until chicken is tender and richly browned.
