Low Fat Yogurt Spinach Dip

Ingredients
  Plain non fat yogurt 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Chopped scallions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped spinach/Frozen spinach, thawed 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dried dill leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Chopped parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Combine yogurt, spinach, fresh parsley, scallions, dill leaves, and garlic.
2. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
