  Tomatoes 12 Large, chopped
  Red pepper To Taste
  Green pepper To Taste, chopped
  Onions 4 , chopped
  Salt 2 Tablespoon
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Cloves 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Vinegar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Apples 4 , finely chopped
  Cream cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Cook all ingredients except apples and cream cheese for at least 2 hours or longer if a thicker sauce is desired.
Add apples; cook for 30 minutes longer.
If a sweeter dip is desired, vinegar may be reduced.
Blend with cream cheese for a chip dip or cracker spread.
