Veggie Dip

Ingredients
  Nonfat cottage cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Grated radish 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Minced scallions 1 Tablespoon
  Grated carrot 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Grated green bell pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Dried dill leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Combine cottage cheese and lemon juice in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
2. Transfer to a bowl. Stir in carrot, green pepper, radish, scallions, chopped parsley, and dried dill.
