|Minced scallions||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated carrot||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated green bell pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Dried dill leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. Combine cottage cheese and lemon juice in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
2. Transfer to a bowl. Stir in carrot, green pepper, radish, scallions, chopped parsley, and dried dill.
