|Scallions||3 , cut into 1 inch pieces|
|Mayonnaise||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Frozen spinach||10 Ounce, thawed, lightly drained, large stems removed (1 Package)|
|Garlic salt||To Taste|
Place scallions and mayonnaise in proc essor bowl.
Process with metal blade until scallions are minced.
Add spinach, and process by turning blade on and off quickly to blend.
Season to taste with garlic salt and pepper.
Chill and serve with vegetable dippers.
