|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, cut into 4 pieces (1 Package)|
|Scallion||1 , cut into 1 inch pieces|
|Cooked fish||8 Ounce|
|Hard cooked eggs||2 , quartered|
Place first five ingredients in processor bowl.
Process with metal blade until cheese is blended and scallion is minced, about 15 seconds.
Add fish and eggs.
Process by turning on and off quickly 4 or 5 times, until fish and eggs are finely chopped.
Serve cold with chips or vegetable dippers
