Goldenrod Egg Dip
Goldenrod egg dip is a spicy and flavorful eggs dip that can be served cold or at room temperature. Made with mayonnaise, pickle relish, mustard, minced onion, red pepper sauce, and lemon juice, the goldenrod egg dip is simply mixed together and served.
|Hard cooked eggs||6 , finely chopped|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Pickle relish||2 Tablespoon|
|Butter/Margarine||1 Tablespoon, softened|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Instant minced onion||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Red pepper sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Cover and refrigerate.
Chill at Jeast 2:hours: (Can be served immediately.)
Stir before serving.
