Smoked Egg Dip

Smoked egg dip is just the right pick for those barbeque parties and this dish often finds a place in my party menu. The flavors of rich tasting sauces combine with that of egg to make this smoked egg dip taste yum.
|Hard cooked eggs||12 , diced|
|Soft butter||2 Tablespoon|
|Liquid smoke||2 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Tabasco sauce||2 Drop|
|Minced onion||1 Teaspoon, dried|
|Ground pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Mayonnaise||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Combine all ingredients; blend until smooth.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Before serv ing, whip to soften and fluff.
