Ingredients
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cream style cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce, softened
  Crumbled blue cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Hot pepper sauce 4 Dash (Bottled One)
Directions

Pour water into blender.
Add cottage cheese; cover and blend at high speed about 20 seconds.
Stop motor.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover; blend 30 seconds or till smooth.
Pass with crackers.
