Parsley-Ricotta Dip

Ingredients
  Chopped parsley 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Plain non fat yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dried dill 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Nonfat ricotta cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Place parsley, dill, ricotta cheese, yogurt, and lemon juice in a blender or food processor.
2. Process until smooth.
