Anchovy Dip For Raw Vegetables

|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped watercress||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned rolled anchovies with capers||2 Ounce|
|Minced garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Grated lemon rind||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
Combine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl.
Serve with raw vegetables radishes, celery and carrot sticks, cherry tomatoes, broccoli flowerets or thinly sliced zucchini.
