Ingredients
  Fat free cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Nonfat grated cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Plain non-fat yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground cumin 1 Pinch
  Low sodium catsup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. Combine cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, onion, yogurt, catsup, parsley, chili powder, garlic, and cumin in a bowl.
2. Transfer to a food processor or blender. Process until smooth.
