|Canned diced green chili peppers||2 Tablespoon|
|All purpose flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Assorted crackers/Chips / vegetable dippers||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Unsalted)|
In a 1 quart microwave-safe casserole combine beer or apple juice and hot pepper sauce.
Micro cook, uncovered, on 100% power (high) for 1 to 2 minutes or till very hot.
Meanwhile, toss together and mustard.
2 to 4 minutes or till process cheese spread melts and mixture is heated through, stirring after every minute.
Stir in enough milk to make of dipping consistency.
Serve with crackers, chips, or vegetable dippers.
