Beer-Cheese Dip

Ingredients
  Beer/Apple juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Bottled hot pepper sauce 3 Dash (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
  Pasteurized processed cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned diced green chili peppers 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Assorted crackers/Chips / vegetable dippers 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Unsalted)
Directions

In a 1 quart microwave-safe casserole combine beer or apple juice and hot pepper sauce.
Micro cook, uncovered, on 100% power (high) for 1 to 2 minutes or till very hot.
Meanwhile, toss together and mustard.
2 to 4 minutes or till process cheese spread melts and mixture is heated through, stirring after every minute.
Stir in enough milk to make of dipping consistency.
Serve with crackers, chips, or vegetable dippers.
