|French onion soup mix||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Tabasco sauce||2 Drop|
Cream cottage cheese with electric mixer or in blender; add all remaining ingredients.
Cover and chill for several hours to soften the onion bits.
Serve with crackers, fresh vegetables or potato chips.
