Hot Mushroom Dip

Ingredients
  Fresh mushrooms 1 Pound
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Onion 1 Small, grated
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mustard 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Brown mushrooms, garlic and onion in butter.
Combine monosodium glutamate, mustard, soy sauce, paprika, salt, pepper and flour with a small amount of cream to make a paste; add to mushroom mixture.
Blend in re maining cream; stir over low heat until thick ened.
Do not boil.
Serve with crackers or chips.
