Tofu Dip

Ingredients
  Tofu 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained, mashed
  Diced green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Low fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in the container of an electric blender, process until smooth.
Chill.
Serve with raw vegetables.
