Grand Marnier Dip

Ingredients
  Egg yolks 3
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (plus 2 tablespoons)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Grand marnier 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Whipping cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Combine egg yolks, sugar, and salt in a small saucepan, mix well.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 2 or 3 minutes or until sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat, stir in Grand Marnier.
Let cool.
Beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form, fold into Grand Marnier mixture.
Cover and chill 1 to 2 hours, serve with assorted fresh fruits.
