Dock Dip In Cabbage

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chili sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped chives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tarragon vinegar 4 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried whole thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cabbage 1 Medium (Leafy Cabbage)
Directions

Combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, chives, onion, vinegar, curry, salt, and thyme, stir well.
Chill 4 hours.
Trim core end of medium-size cabbage to form a flat base.
Cut a crosswise slice from top, making it wide enough to remove about a fourth of the head, lift out enough inner leaves from the cabbage to form a shell about 1 inch thick. (Reserve slice and inner leaves of cabbage for other uses.)
Spoon dip into cavity of cabbage, serve with an assortment of fresh vegetables.
