Hot Cheese Dip With Fresh Fruit Wedges

Ingredients
  Evaporated milk 6 Ounce
  Shredded sharp american cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded swiss cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Bottled hot pepper sauce 1 Dash (Bottled)
  Chopped pimiento 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Firm apples/Pears 8 , cut into wedges
Directions

Combine milk, cheese, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and pepper sauce in bowl.
Microwave 6 minutes on '6', or until cheese melts.
Stir once half way through, and again when removed from oven.
Stir in pimiento and serve hot, as a dip for apple or pear wedges.
Can be reheated.
For ovens without variable heat control, Microwave on Defrost and allow to stand 20 seconds after the first stirring.
