Spinach Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
  Frozen chopped spinach 10 Ounce
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped fresh parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Coarsely chopped green onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped water chestnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped pimiento 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Pepper powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Place unopened spinach package on micro-proof plate.
Cook on HI, 5 min-utes.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Drain and squeeze dry.
Place spinach in medium bowl and add remaining ingredients.
Stir until well blended.
Chill several hours.
