Dried Beef Dip

Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), creamed (Small Curd)
  Skim milk 2 Tablespoon
  Horseradish 3 Tablespoon
  Instant minced onion 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried beef 2 1⁄2 Ounce
Directions

MAKING
1)In a bowl, whisk cottage cheese and skim milk well.
2)Add in horseradish, minced onion and crushed dried beef.
3)Mix lightly and refrigerate the dip till further use.

SERVING
4)Use the dip as required. It can be stored refrigerated for up to a week.
