Hot Clam Cheese Dip
|Sharp cheese spread||10 Ounce|
|Canned minced clams||6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained|
|Green pepper||1⁄4 Large, finely chopped|
|Green onion with tops||4 , finely chopped|
|Hot pepper sauce||2 Dash|
|Garlic salt||To Taste|
Combine all ingredients in casserole.
Microwave 3 to 4 minutes on '8', or until cheese melts, stirring twice.
Serve very hot with crisp corn chips.
Can be reheated as needed, or kept warm in a fondue pot.
For ovens without solid state heat control, Microwave 2 minutes, 30 seconds to 3 minutes on HIGH.
