|Canned chickpeas||6 Ounce (Garbanzo Beans)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sesame seed||4 Teaspoon, toasted and crushed|
|Sesame oil||2 Teaspoon (Chinese)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), mashed|
In work bowl of food processor combine all ingredients and process until pureed; transfer to serving bowl.
Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
