Heavenly Fruit Dip
|Granulated sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||To Taste (For Garnish)|
|Fruits||1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into bite-size pieces (Adjust Quantity As Needed For Dipping)|
|Pineapple juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Plain non fat yogurt||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
In a small saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch, mix well.
Stir in pineapple juice.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
Remove from heat, stir in yogurt.
Let cool, then cover and refrigerate.
When ready to serve, garnish dip with a sprinkling of cinnamon and serve with fresh fruit.
