Green Onion Dip

Green onion dip is a spicy dip and I prefer this with chips or crackers. The recipe for green onion dip is way too easy and all it takes is a handfull of ingredients. Try this onion dip with a tangy flavor.
Ingredients
  Small cottage cheese curd 8 Ounce
  Chopped green onions 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped shallots 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped garlic 1 Teaspoon
  White wine vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In the work bowl of a food processor or container of an electric blender, combine cottage cheese, green onions, parsley, shallots, garlic and vinegar; blend until smooth.
With the machine running, slowly add oil.
Add salt to taste.
Serve with chips or crackers.
