|Reduced fat mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Low fat sour cream/No fat sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped tarragon/1 teaspoon dried tarragon||1 Tablespoon|
|Snipped chives/1 teaspoon dried chives||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
In a medium mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice, mix well.
Stir in parsley, tarragon, chives, garlic and green onion, mix well.
Season to taste with pepper.
Refrigerate, covered, several hours.
Serve as a dip for vegetables or for chicken nuggets.
