Festively Devilish Dip and when it comes to the taste part its angelic! The Festively Devilish Dip goes well with tortilla chips, crackers or vegetables. It is the rich blend of cream cheese and sour cream which makes Festively Devilish Dip one of my favorites.
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened (Regular Or Light)
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Regular Or Light)
  Jalapeno bean dip 9 Ounce
  Dried chives 3 Tablespoon
  Dried parsley 2 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
  Chili powder To Taste
  Shredded monterey jack cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (About 6 Ounces)
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (About 6 Ounces)

In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, bean dip, chives, parsley and hot pepper sauce, mix well.
Spread in a 13x9x2-inch pan.
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon chili powder (or more, to taste) over mixture in pan.
Add a layer of Monterey Jack cheese, followed by a layer of Cheddar cheese.
Sprinkle chili powder to taste over all.
Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven 20 minutes (or 40 minutes for a crispy crust).
Serve warm dip with tortilla chips, fresh vegetables or crackers for dipping.
