|Neufchatel cheese||8 Ounce, softened|
|Low-fat cottage cheese||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Finely chopped fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Skim milk||2 Teaspoon|
|Red wine vinegar||1 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dried marjoram||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Dried thyme||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Dried basil||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Ground savory||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until fluffy.
Cover and chill thoroughly.
Transfer to a serving bowl; serve with melba toast rounds or unsalted crackers.
