Chunky Fruit Dip

Chunky Fruit Dip is a delicious side dish recipe that you will simply love to serve to your loved ones. I am sure, once you try this, you will always crave for some more.
  Low fat cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Neufchatel cheese 8 Ounce
  Skim milk 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped apple 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Golden raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon

Position knife blade in food processor bowl; odd fist 3 ingredients, and process until smooth.
Set aside.
Combine apple and lemon juice in o medium bowl, tossing gently.
Add cheese mixture and remaining ingredients to apple mixture; stir well.
Cover and chill thoroughly.
Serve chilled mixture as a dip with fresh fruit.
