Chunky Fruit Dip
|Low fat cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Neufchatel cheese||8 Ounce|
|Skim milk||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped apple||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Golden raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Orange rind||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Position knife blade in food processor bowl; odd fist 3 ingredients, and process until smooth.
Combine apple and lemon juice in o medium bowl, tossing gently.
Add cheese mixture and remaining ingredients to apple mixture; stir well.
Cover and chill thoroughly.
Serve chilled mixture as a dip with fresh fruit.
