Herring Dip

Ingredients
  Pickled herring pieces 8 Ounce
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Drain the herring; chop finely or mash (should yield about 3/4 cup).
In a bowl combine herring and sour cream.
Add enough milk to make of dipping consistency.
Chill thoroughly.
Serve with assorted crackers.
