Camembert Dip

Ingredients
  Cream style cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Camembert cheese 1⁄4 Pound
  Cream cheese 4 Ounce
  Heavy cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Seasoned salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dill weed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Potato chips/Crackers 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Press cottage cheese through a sieve into a bowl.
Add cut-up Camembert cheese, cream cheese and cream.
Beat with mixer or rotary beater until blended.
Add seasonings and beat again until fluffy.
Chill until shortly before serving time and serve as a dip or spread with potato chips or crackers.
