Rotisserie chicken | 1 , skinned and deboned, pulled | |
Buffalo wing sauce | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |

Cheddar cheese | 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) , shredded | |
Diced green onion | 2 Tablespoon ((as needed)) (Optional) |
GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
MAKING
2. In an oven proof mixing bowl, place cream cheese and heat in microwave for about 45 seconds or until soft and creamy.
3. Add blue cheese dressing and stir until well combined. Set aside.
4. Chop pulled chicken into 1/2-inch pieces.
5. In large mixing bowl, combine chicken, buffalo sauce, and reserved cream cheese mixture. Stir until well combined.
6. Into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, transfer the mixture. Top with Cheddar cheese, diced green onion (if using) and bake uncovered in oven for 15-20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
SERVING
7. Serve with tortilla chips, homemade pita crisps, or fresh vegetable sticks.
